PAYMENT
We accept payments form the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
RETURN POLICY
1.-All claims for defects, on merchandise must be packed in original boxes, without any writing or marks on the boxes. All eligible returns must be made through this store.
2.-Returns and exchanges are allowed within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Claims for defect and missing parts must be made within (60) days.
3.-Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise: email pictures to [email protected] (Include Invoice# in the email)
4.-All returned shipment must be freight prepaid, we will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed or assembled merchandise.
5.-Any merchandise returned to us due to error or damaged incurred not on the part of All Furniture.com is subject to 25% restocking fee without exception. Freight expense incurred for any reason will be at the consumer's expense.
6.-No cash refund.
7.-All sofas & mattresses sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
8.-All merchandise is intended for residential use only, and not designed for industrial, commercial, institutional and rental use. Damage caused by such uses and normal wear & tear are not eligible for return or exchange
DELIVERY POLICY
All Furniture.com will provide you and estimated shipping date, based on information from vendors and freight companies, any change of delivery date, address or telephone number must be received in writing (email) a week before the specific delivery date, only then will this change be considered effective and valid. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, personal mailboxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please use a valid street address for delivery of your order. You agree that delivery address provided by you is accessible to commercial trucking and delivery companies. All Furniture.com assumes no responsibility or liability to damage of the product, personal injury to someone or any other issue that can arise due to getting the product from the curbside to the inside space. All Furniture.com will file all claims for replacement of defective or damaged merchandise should the product arrive with a problem. You the customer, will be responsible for making yourself available for taking the delivery and inspecting the product at the time of delivery, if you authorized the product to be delivered in your absence or without your inspection, you automatically represent that the product is received in good condition and will void all rights to returns and claims. If address is inaccessible or invalid, customer agrees to pay the purchase order amount and the additional delivery charges, All Furniture.com is not liable for damages other than those mentioned on the trucker's delivery receipt accordingly.
Delays in production and shipping may occur, please note that we are not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer, under no circumstances will All Furniture.com be responsible for any consequential damages resulting in shipping delays.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change at any time, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price All Furniture.com will have the right to refuse, cancel, modify, or take any action it may consider appropriate to address the error for any inquiry, quotation, purchase order or orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
SHIPPING TAXES
Shipping and handling is charged extra, please contact All Furniture.com for exact shipping charges to the shipping address. California residents must pay sales tax on all order cancelation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
All products sold have manufacturer’s warranty, you expressly understand and agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.
Color, texture, and graining variation can occur in natural products like leather, wood and stone; these are not considered imperfections, color representation on computer terminals and screens can be different based and various display technologies. You agree that you cannot dispute the finish, or color texture or any other physical attribute after taking delivery of a product.
Guarantee does not cover:
Variation in the color or graining of wood, wood products, fabric or other materials, including dye lots; natural markings inherent in the finish of any material.
Damage including scratches, chips, rips, tears and glass or mirror breakage due to normal use,, misuse, abuse or accidents; damaged or discoloration caused by sunlight; wear, shading or shrinking of any fabric due to improper cleaning; damaged due to moving the product from the original delivery location or address.
Commercial usage, using the furniture for anything but normal household use will void guarantee.
This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only. All Furnitur.com liability under this guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at its discretion. This guarantee applies under conditions of normal household usage and does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence or commercial use.
In placing an order, you warrant and confirm that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing accurate, true and complete information and that you have the authority to place the order.
ARBITRATION
All Claims and disputes arising under or relating to this agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration. You and All Furniture.com acknowledge that in the event of a dispute over merchandise, fees charged or a service provided, each of us is giving up the right to have the dispute decided in a court of law before a judge or jury and instead you and All furniture.com are accepting the use of arbitration for resolution, You and All Furniture.com will pay equally for the arbitration services.
